Case Study

Making a regional difference for communities in New Brunswick

New Brunswick Infrastructure Institute (NBII)

icInfrastructure played a key role in supporting the New Brunswick Infrastructure Institute (NBII) during its early development, helping it establish itself as a trusted resource for local governments. Key contributions include:

  • Assisting the organization from its inception, providing input on its purpose, objectives, and strategic approach.
  • Designing and developing the NBII's website and online training hub.
  • Leading the facilitation of a webinar series, handling event and project management, along with offering strategic guidance.
  • Co-leading a province-wide needs assessment survey, overseeing survey design, execution, and data analysis.

“icInfrastructure has been an incredible partner in our mission to empower New Brunswick’s infrastructure owners with the knowledge and skills to make informed and evidence-based decisions.

They are the “engine” to our capacity building program, making sure we stay on track and keep our events running smoothly.

Their domain knowledge in infrastructure is a great asset, as they help guide and shape our programs for the future.”
