Iain has helped organization through the various pillars of Infrastructure Asset Management, from AM Training and Gap Assessments, gaining Leadership support and developing AM Policy to building Customer Level of Service Frameworks and supporting Public Consultation. He also managed the development of CNAM’s “New to Asset Management” program, including CNAM’s Intro to AM Booklet, and is a member of the Canadian mirror committee to ISO/TC 251 on Asset Management.
2018, Ian has supported the development of AM policies, strategies, and decision-making frameworks. He also has a keen interest in data management and information systems. He is currently a program manager for CNAM’s MAMP3 program and is the lead editor of their AM Competency Framework. His education was in business and law and his background is in business operations, regulatory planning, and project data management in the Oil and Gas industry.
in Finance. His role has been focused on Asset Management capacity building and asset management implementation. Joey has been involved in work with the Canadian Network of Asset Managers (CNAM) in the continued development of their Asset Management Competency Framework (AMCF), and he has assisted in the development and delivery of CNAM’s Asset Management Awareness courses. He has also been involved in consulting projects with several communities across Canada, helping them implement their asset management programs and improve their asset management practices. Joey has completed Level 1 of the Chartered Financial Analyst program. Through his formal education, past work experiences and dedication to continuing education, Joey has developed strong analytical and time management skills.
Learning & Community Manager
Community Manager. Lauren spent the first 10 years of her career working in Healthcare Technology advancing quickly from customer service to software training and leadership. Identifying a need for self-sufficient autonomous training that would free up company resources and allow customers to learn at their own rate, Lauren created a certified user program that allowed learners to gain confidence and skills for an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) SaaS. Now, focused on building asset management learning content through an online training platform, Lauren is assisting icInfrastructure in establishing a community of learning for asset management.

He worked as an undergraduate Teaching Assistant for multiple professors within the economics department and was involved with several student groups focused on sustainable development. His academic studies and past work experiences helped him develop analytical research skills which he utilises here at icInfrastructure.
